Last night I was watching a college basketball game on TV and I saw this fan fully painted and screaming for his team.  He was on TV for at least 3 seconds.

So I had an idea...

Starting right now -- October 23 -- any fan who goes to a NCAA sporting game and who paints VoteForArt.Com on their chest in their school colors, and gets on TV for at least 2 seconds.  I will send you a check for $100.

So start getting your washable paint ready.
